About Us
Suger is a revenue platform that helps customers grow on the fastest-growing B2B sales channel: the cloud marketplaces of AWS, Azure, GCP, and Alibaba. Launched in 2022, we remove tech debt from marketplace sales by providing an API-first approach to quote-to-cash and billing processes. We work with over 200 B2B customers, ranging from large enterprises such as Snowflake and Intel to fast-growing startups like Glean and Vanta.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Full-Stack Engineer to play a pivotal role in building world-class software. You will work closely with the co-founders and with both the engineering and GTM teams. This is an opportunity to join a growing company that practices continuous innovation and is transforming the landscape of software solutions in the B2B sales market.
This is a hybrid position requiring four days per week in the office.
We are a Series A startup funded by top-tier investors, including Threshold VC, Craft Ventures, Intel Capital, and Y Combinator.
What You'll Do
* Build core infrastructure and product UI to serve Suger customers.
* Contribute to system design discussions and help scale distributed systems.
* Work closely with customers on onboarding, feedback collection, and day-to-day collaboration.
* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including identifying, designing, and building new features.
What You Need
* Three or more years of hands-on experience with production programming in at least one of the following languages: Python, Go, Typescript, Java, or C++.
* Deep understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, and SQL.
* Experience with Terraform, GitHub CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus but not required.
* Experience working with cloud platform stacks such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
