If you have experience structuring educational programs and are familiar with both classroom-style and web-based courses, we’d like to meet you.ResponsibilitiesReview all existing client content and develop strategy for course developmentEstablish learning objectivesCreate engaging training course content (syllabi, handouts, worksheets, video descriptions, quizzes and final exam)Set and write out learning objectives for each courseCraft lesson and video descriptionsInterview Subject Matter Expert to flesh out content, when necessaryDetermine evaluation criteriaOrganize physical and digital resources for instructors and traineesProvide weekly updates to supervisorsConduct independent research, if necessaryAttend video conference calls with clients and colleagues, when appropriateDraft InfusionSoft emails from template provided
