Requirements and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Lead integration and optimization of ACH, Wire (Fedwire/SWIFT) and US card networks; Own end-to-end lifecycle including routing, ledger, reconciliation, state machines and error handling; Drive production readiness, testing, rollout and payment performance monitoring. Treasury & Money Movement Enablement: Partner with Treasury and Finance to manage USD flows, settlement timing and liquidity; Handle ACH returns, wire recalls and operational risk controls; Productize treasury processes into scalable internal systems. Bank + Crypto Financial Services: Define bank-linked on/off-ramps, USD balance, payout and settlement products; Translate market research into clear product strategy and execution plans. Platform Optimization & Compliance: Build reusable payment infrastructure including bank linking, routing logic and refund management; Work closely with Risk and Compliance to align with US regulatory expectations.
