We are committed to providing reasonable accommodation for candidates with disabilities throughout the recruiting process.About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior QA Analyst to strengthen our quality processes and help scale our testing operations across teams.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate testing efforts across multiple projects and squadsAct as the QA point-of-contact for product managers, developers, and other stakeholdersCreate and maintain reusable testing documentation and workflowsFacilitate bug triage meetings and help prioritize QA focus areasSupport QA strategy implementation and process rolloutsHelp bridge gaps between manual QA and automation effortsMonitor QA metrics and provide insights to improve product quality and team efficiencyCollaborate with operations teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth releasesQualifications3-5+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or quality operations preferredStrong understanding of manual testing methodologies and QA best practicesExperience working in agile environments across multiple squadsAbility to manage priorities across parallel projectsFamiliarity with bug tracking and test management toolsStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyExperience mentoring or supporting junior team membersExposure to test automation concepts and collaboration with automation engineersDetail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
