We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & InsightsLead ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs in the MedSpa, Salon, and Spa sectors.Analyze product usage data, pipeline trends, and customer feedback to shape messaging, positioning, and product strategy.Own win/loss analysis and synthesize patterns into clear recommendations to improve competitive positioning and address product and process gaps.Go-to-Market StrategyDefine and maintain differentiated product positioning and messaging tailored to key audience segments and buyer personas.Own go-to-market plans for new product launches and major feature releases, including goals, target segments, launch tactics, and success metrics.Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions using market, competitive, and customer insights.Content Creation & Collateral DevelopmentLead the development of high-impact marketing and sales content such as one-pagers, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, solution briefs, web copy, and product videos.Ensure all content aligns to segment-specific messaging and reinforces Meevo value proposition across MedSpa, Salon, and Spa.Collaborate with the broader Marketing team on campaigns, landing pages, and nurture programs that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption.Sales, CS, and Education EnablementBuild and maintain enablement assets that help Sales and Customer Success effectively position Meevo, handle objections, and win competitive deals.Partner with our education team to define and prioritize user-friendly guides, videos, and feature highlights that drive activation, adoption, and expansion.Train internal teams on new launches, messaging updates, and competitive insights, ensuring consistent delivery of our story across all touchpoints.RequirementsExperience: 4–6 years in product marketing or a closely related marketing role, ideally within B2B SaaS and/or the beauty and wellness industry.Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.Proven track record owning GTM plans and driving successful product or feature launches.Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, compelling messages.Demonstrated experience using data such as product analytics, campaign performance, and sales data to inform decisions and measure impact.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools.Knowledge of Meevo and its ecosystem is a strong plus.Desired TraitsStrategic and Analytical: Comfortable defining strategy and executing, measuring, and iterating.Customer-Obsessed: Seeks to understand customer needs, workflows, and outcomes, and uses those insights to guide messaging and GTM.Influential Partner: Able to drive alignment across Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing without formal authority.Execution-Focused: Delivers high-quality work on time and can manage multiple launches and initiatives simultaneously.Growth-Oriented: Eager to take on increasing responsibility in a growing organization and refine our product marketing motion over time.We OfferPaid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays: Enjoy a generous 3 weeks of PTO that begins accruing with every pay period from your first day, plus ten paid holidays in 2025, five paid sick days, and one personal day.Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits: Subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision plans with coverage kicking in quickly.Life Insurance: Millennium Systems International provides Life Insurance and AD&D, fully covered by the company.Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Insurance: Short- and Long-Term Disability insurance, with Long-Term Disability fully covered by the company.401(k) Retirement Plan: 100% match on up to 4% of contributions via Safe Harbor plan.Learning & Development Opportunities: Unlimited access to Udemy online courses to support professional growth.Pay Transparency: Our compensation program reflects our values and aims to be fair and competitive. The base salary range for this position in the United States is starting at $125K, commensurate with experience and proven results.
