Job DescriptionThe Business Operations Senior Associate will support internal initiatives across the organization through structured research, feasibility assessment, and end-to-end execution.This is a full-time role intended for candidates who can work independently, think through ambiguity, and take ownership of initiatives from start to finish. Candidates are expected to contribute with minimal supervision after onboarding.ResponsibilitiesResearch & feasibilityConduct structured research and feasibility assessments for internal business or operational initiativesEvaluate ideas using defined criteria and frameworksProduce clear feasibility outputs with documented assumptions, risks, dependencies, and recommendationsExecution (idea - pilot - rollout)Translate ambiguous inputs into clear requirements, scope, and execution plansCoordinate pilots, track outcomes and key metrics, and summarize learningsSupport rollout and post-implementation optimization where relevantKeep initiatives moving end-to-end, escalating risks early with proposed optionsDocumentation & systemsProduce and maintain high-quality documentation, including research briefs, feasibility reports, SOPs, templates, and decision logsKeep project and operations tools updated (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)Maintain clear visibility of status, progress, and outcomes for stakeholdersYou’ll Thrive in this Role if You:Prefer ownership and execution over close supervisionCan work with incomplete information and move forward responsiblyWrite clearly and enjoy turning messy problems into structured plans and documentationCan manage multiple priorities and make informed tradeoffsAre comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quicklyAre looking for a full-time, long-term, remote roleExpected Qualifications & Skills:Required2-3 years of experience in roles involving execution and analysis (business operations, delivery/project execution, operations, research-heavy coordination, enablement, or similar)Strong written communication skills (briefs, reports, SOPs)Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detailFamiliarity with project or operations tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)PreferredExperience in service-based environments (digital marketing, healthcare services, SaaS)Prior remote work experienceExperience supporting process improvement, research initiatives, or operational documentationWork Hours & Expectations:Because we support U.S.-based clients and teams, this role requires daily overlap across two windows:4 hours during Sri Lanka daytime4 hours during Sri Lanka nighttimeThese overlap windows are a core requirement. You’ll still have flexibility in how you structure your schedule, but the overlap coverage must be met.Occasionally, important meetings or time-sensitive tasks may require additional availability.This is a full-time role that requires a commitment of 8 working hours per day, Monday through Friday.This role requires a high level of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through, including attending required meetings and meeting assigned deadlines.You will be expected to comply with company policies and contractual obligations, including maintaining strict confidentiality of product and client information.BenefitsWFH - Work from the comfort of your own home.EPF/ETF - Each employee would be enrolled in the EPF/ ETF as per the Sri Lankan labor lawLegitimate work at home company - Bizycorp adheres to the Sri Lankan shop and Office Act.Remuneration - Starting from 90,000.00 (Inclusive of Basic + Fixed allowances).
