Location: Remote (LATAM preferred). Type: Full-Time. Reports to: Operations Manager. About Us We are a remote eLearning startup with 20+ team members focused on creating high-quality eLearning courses, videos, and animation content. We are passionate about sharing knowledge with all of our clients and their audiences and enjoy working remotely. The Role We are looking for a Team Lead / Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple eLearning projects. This role is ideal for a strong Project Manager who enjoys client-facing work, leading cross-functional teams, and driving projects from kickoff to delivery. Prior experience in eLearning is a plus but not required. What You’ll Do * Lead 4 or more client projects from kickoff to delivery. * Build and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones. * Act as the main point of contact for clients and lead review calls. * Translate client needs and feedback into clear team direction. * Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, and risks. * Ensure deliverables meet internal QA and quality standards. * Lead and support a cross-functional creative team. * Maintain accurate project data, including hours, status, QA, and risks. What We’re Looking For * Strong experience in Project Management or delivery-focused roles. * Excellent written and verbal communication in English. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Confidence balancing client expectations, team capacity, and timelines. * High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset. * Comfort working with budgets, timelines, and performance metrics. * Experience leading teams or coordinating cross-functional contributors. * Experience in eLearning, instructional design, or digital learning is a plus but not required.
