Requirements and responsibilities

Role Overview: - We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with 4–5 years of experience who can contribute to building and maintaining high-quality software systems. - Strong English communication skills are mandatory, as you will collaborate with international teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and/or frontend systems. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards. - Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance. - Contribute to system architecture and technical decisions. Requirements: - 4–5 years of professional software development experience. - Strong English communication skills (mandatory). - Experience with one or more modern programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, JavaScript, Node.js, etc.). - Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, and system design. - Experience working in remote or distributed teams. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Nice to Have: - Experience with C# / .NET Core. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Experience with high-performance or secure systems (fintech is a plus). - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
