General Responsibilities
All clients have unique needs, and we aim to deliver the highest level of service. This list is general and reflects typical responsibilities of our Marketing Assistants for existing clientele.
* Manage marketing strategies across digital and print platforms.
* Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business, etc.) ensuring brand consistency.
* Engage and interact with leads and prospects.
* Develop and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and referral marketing initiatives to nurture and convert leads to sales/clients.
* Perform basic SEO optimization and manage website backend.
* Design and produce marketing materials.
* Collaborate with other marketing team members.
* Create and manage content posting calendar.
* Coordinate branding efforts, including merchandise, promotional items, and events.
* Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed.
Requirements
* Fluent in English, written and verbal (C1 level or higher) with excellent communication skills.
* Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, real estate experience is a plus.
* College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
* Strong proficiency in social media platforms, CRM tools, digital marketing software, and technology in general.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
* Experience with paid advertising, SEO, and content strategy is a plus.
* Adaptability.
