This executive will lead all facets of the marketing organization, including brand, digital marketing, product marketing, public relations, and content strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.Responsibilities:Strategy & Vision:Develop and champion a holistic, long-term marketing strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.Define the company's unique value proposition (UVP)and overall brand positioning.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer data to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.Team Leadership & Management:Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team across multiple functions.Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, creativity, and accountability.Manage the annual marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across channels and initiatives to maximize return on investment (ROI).Brand Management & PR:Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong, consistent, and recognizable brand identity and voice.Direct corporate communications, public relations efforts, and crisis management.Digital Marketing & Demand Generation:Lead all digital marketing initiatives (GEO, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing) to drive traffic and qualified leads.Optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).Product Marketing & Sales Enablement:Partner with product development and sales teams to define product launch strategies, messaging, and go-to-market plans.Ensure the sales team is equipped with compelling collateral, presentations, and training materials.Content & Creative:Oversee the content strategy, including thought leadership, case studies, blog posts, and multimedia assets, ensuring content aligns with buyer personas and journey stages.Minimum QualificationsDeep understanding of performance results-driven marketingAbility to synthesize insights and recommendations for optimization of performance across a broad range of quantitative and qualitative sourcesExperience with CRM system, preferably HubSpotStrong project management skillsExperience with collaborating closely with sales teams and executive teamsAbility to educate, motivate and lead direct reports and team membersExcellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects based on priorities and deadlinesEffective written and verbal communication skills that enable translating complex data into productive discussions and effective presentationsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and curiosity to want to know how things workEager to work in a collaborative and results-oriented team environmentAbility to travel and work in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications:10 years of marketing experience5+ years of management experienceProven track record of developing and executing successful, measurable marketing strategies that drive significant revenue growth.Deep expertise in both traditional and new marketing strategiesExperience in the education industry is highly desirableCompensation: Will vary depending on qualifications, but applicants should assume compensation is in line with market rates for such roles.
