About WEADDERWEADDER is a fast-growing organization looking to partner with dynamic freelance HR professionals who can own the entire recruitment lifecycle and drive hiring excellence.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Remote Freelance HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across industries. You will be the single point of contact from new client acquisition to successful candidate onboarding. This is a performance-driven role with complete flexibility and ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Client Handling: Build and manage relationships with new clients, understand hiring mandates, define SLAs, and ensure seamless deliveryStakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, advise on market trends, compensation, and hiring strategiesVendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage third-party vendors, job boards, and consultants to optimize sourcing channelsEnd-to-End Recruitment: Own the full cycle including role briefing, job posting, sourcing, headhunting, screening, interview coordination, feedback management, offer negotiation, and closureSourcing & Screening: Use LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and Boolean search to build quality talent pipelinesSelection & Onboarding Support: Drive interview processes, ensure positive candidate experience, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboardingReporting & Analytics: Maintain real-time trackers, share weekly hiring.RequirementsExperience: 2 to 20 years in core recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably with agency or RPO backgroundSkills: Strong sourcing skills, ATS/HRMS proficiency, excellent negotiation and communication, stakeholder influencing abilityNetwork: Established candidate/vendor network across IT, Non-IT, Leadership, or niche skills is a plusMindset: Self-driven, target-oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervisionAvailability: Should have own laptop, internet, and be available during standard business hours for client/candidate connectsRemunerationBest in the market – Payout based on successful closures. Highly competitive slabs with no cap on earnings. Additional incentives for bulk closures, niche roles, and client referrals.
