This unique remote contract opportunity allows you to work from home while helping patients connect with physicians who provide a more personalized healthcare experience.Position DetailsLocation: Remote (Work from Home)Schedule: Monday–Friday, Central TimeHours: Approximately 30 hours per weekCompensation: $25 per hourContract Length: Initial 3-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and business needsAbout the RoleAs a Patient Liaison, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals who inquire through the SignatureMD website seeking a new physician. You'll educate prospective patients about our affiliated physicians and personalized care programs, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process.This role combines customer service, relationship-building, healthcare knowledge, and sales skills. If you enjoy helping people make important decisions while working toward measurable goals, this could be an excellent fit.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective patients who inquire about SignatureMD physicians and programs.Clearly communicate the benefits of personalized healthcare and concierge medicine services.Build relationships with prospective patients and guide them through the membership enrollment process.Conduct timely follow-up communications to answer questions and encourage enrollment.Accurately document all interactions, activities, and outcomes within our CRM system.Track and meet performance metrics, including outreach activity and conversion goals.Participate in patient informational sessions and occasional evening events as needed.Attend training sessions and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all privacy requirements.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented, personable, and motivated by helping people while achieving measurable results.Qualifications:Previous experience in sales, healthcare services, customer success, patient relations, or high-touch hospitality environments.Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and accountability.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.Understanding of healthcare services; familiarity with concierge or personalized medicine is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.Why Join SignatureMD?At SignatureMD, we're transforming the healthcare experience by helping physicians provide more personalized, accessible care.
