In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our supply chain, supporting our vision of delivering top-tier energy solutions. You will work closely with multiple departments including development, procurement, product management, production, and logistics to oversee supplier quality processes. Your responsibilities will include managing supplier qualification, conducting supplier evaluations, and ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the supply chain. You will be instrumental in preparing for series production, managing continuous improvement processes with suppliers, and facilitating product and process approvals. Additionally, you will support the transition of our products into series production by conducting risk analyses such as FMEAs and overseeing the documentation of initial sample inspections. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our high standards of quality for our fuel cell systems and overall energy solutions, including modular systems housed in boxes and control cabinets.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a completed degree in mechanical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering, or a related field. First relevant professional experience, including internships, in quality assurance or supplier management is highly desirable. Familiarity with quality tools and methods such as APQP, EMPB, and FMEA, as well as experience with auditing techniques, will be advantageous. Knowledge of ERP or other Warenwirtschaftssysteme (inventory management systems) is preferred. The candidate should be willing to undertake occasional travel and hold a valid driving license of class B. Fluency in both German and English is essential to communicate effectively within our international environment.
