Join us!About the Role: We are looking for a high-energy, execution-oriented Partner Enablement Manager to build and scale our partner enablement function. This role will own the strategy and execution of training, certification, and activation programs that make Netomi a “go-to” solution across our partner ecosystem.Reporting to the VP, Alliances, Partners & Channels, you will work to ensure our partners teams are trained, incentivized, and excited to position and deliver Netomi solutions. This role is critical to scaling Netomi’s partner ecosystem—ensuring our partners are not just trained, but activated, aligned, and driving meaningful revenue and customer impact.Responsibilities: Partner Enablement & CertificationDesign and orchestrate end-to-end training and certification programs for partnersDeliver engaging enablement sessions, workshops, and onboarding programsBuild scalable curricula that drive partner proficiency in Netomi’s CX and AI platformContinuously refine programs based on feedback and performance gapsPartner Activation & EngagementDrive awareness and adoption within top-tier partnersEnsure Netomi is top-of-mind and embedded (“sticky”) within partner teamsFacilitate pilot programs and support early-stage deployments with partnersAct as a key connector between partners and internal teamsEconomic Value & IncentivesClearly communicate the economic value and ROI of Netomi solutions to partnersHelp structure and promote certifications, incentives, and growth pathwaysSupport partner-led opportunities across strategic accountsProgram Operations & ExecutionOwn program operations including scheduling, tracking, reporting, and certification progressNavigate complex organizations and internal stakeholders to drive executionIdentify enablement gaps and proactively implement solutionsWork through ambiguity and remove friction to keep programs moving forwardRequirements: 10+ years of experience in enablement, training, partner programs, or consultingProven experience leading or supporting training, certification, or onboarding programsExperience working with or alongside consulting firms or system integrators preferredStrong program management and stakeholder management skillsAbility to balance strategy and hands-on executionWho You Are: High-energy and resilient — you hear “no” and keep goingPassionate about customer experience (CX) and AI-driven transformationA strong facilitator and communicator who can lead engaging trainings and workshopsComfortable operating in complex environments and navigating organizational dynamicsExcited to build relationships with top consulting firms and global enterprisesProactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment
