We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional to join a highly collaborative, high-volume staffing team supporting multiple business lines across Canada.What you’ll be doing:Driving full-cycle sourcing to generate strong candidate pipelines across multiple roles and business unitsLeveraging creative sourcing strategies (internal/external postings, networking, referrals, proactive outreach)Screening resumes and conducting video interviews to assess candidate fitPartnering with hiring managers to provide guidance on interviewing, recruitment best practices, and labour/HR considerationsManaging end-to-end recruitment activity in WorkdaySupporting high-volume hiring initiatives (cohorts ranging from 15–65 roles)Contributing to staffing projects and continuous process improvementsWhat we’re looking for:3–9 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experienceBilingual (English/French) requiredStrong sourcing skills, especially for hard-to-fill or niche rolesExperience with e-recruitment tools and behavioural interviewingExcellent stakeholder management and consultative communication skillsStrong client service mindsetCHRP (or in progress) is an asset🚀 Now Hiring: Recruiter (12-Month Contract) | Remote – Canada (GTA, Toronto, Montreal, Winnipeg, Moncton)📍 Location: Remote (occasional in-office events/meetings as needed)🕘 Hours: Standard 9–5 EST (flexible between 8–4:30)📅 Duration: 12 months💻 Tools: Workday (must-have), Phenom (nice-to-have), MS Office Suite🚫 Overtime: Not expectedRate: $30-$41/hr
