We build what makes people better and keep challenging ourselves to inspire others.We are looking for a Junior Creative Marketing Specialist who has a strong sense of trends, a creative mindset, and a passion for developing innovative marketing concepts.Your impact:Conduct market and competitor research to identify new creative opportunities and insights.Generate creative ideas for advertising campaigns and develop initial concepts for marketing materials.Provide constructive feedback to User Acquisition Managers, designers, and product teams.Collaborate with designers, influencers, and content creators to develop engaging creative assets and video content.Contribute to the development and optimization of creative production and testing processes to achieve marketing goals.About you:At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.Strong business mindset with a results-driven and problem-solving approach.Solid research and analytical skills, with experience in market and competitor analysis.Experience creating briefs for designers and creative teams.English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative solutions.Experience in content creation.What you get at BetterMe:A mission that inspires.
