Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in Corp-to-Corp (C2C) and W2 hiring, with a good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end US IT recruitment (Contract & Full-time roles)Work on MSP/VMS client requirementsSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databasesScreen candidates for technical and behavioral fitHandle submissions through Beeline and other VMS platformsMaintain accurate candidate records in Ceipal ATSNegotiate pay rates and ensure proper documentation & complianceCoordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clientsEnsure timely closures while maintaining quality standardsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong experience working with MSP/VMS modelHands-on experience with Beeline and Ceipal ATSGood understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)Strong sourcing and screening skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work in night shift (US time zones)Interested candidates share resume to : alisha@qualis1inc.com
