Hallmark Healthcare Solutions, Inc (HHCS) is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join the team to effectively provide guidance, support, and analytics to our Physician Enterprise team. This role is instrumental in supporting the implementation team to ensure our clients success during the usage of the product.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the complete provider compensation solution Understand the client requirements, identify the system dependencies to ensure the project critical decisions are taken ahead of timeDocument the business, functional, technical requirements and ensure the project’s scope is accurately defined & mapped per discovery sessionsCoordinate with the necessary internal resources to successfully complete the scope of work on time and with QualityAssist project manager where needed to gather documents, verify/analyze data, conduct discovery sessions, draft scoping document, configuration of the solution based on client scope, and assist with system validationWork with the implementation team to understand and build compensation models specific to the client needsConduct elaborate knowledge transfer sessions to pass on the complete client business requirements with all necessary documents to the technical teamManage customers with minimum supervision, deal with ambiguity, and maintain tight timelines/priorities in a highly professional mannerCapability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle high volume of work including managing multiple projects at the same timeDesign the roll out approach including complete testing and training schedules and communicate with the clientEvaluate and implement ways to improve system performanceAssist clients during the transitioning and post Go-live stabilization periodAddress production issues in a timely mannerTrack project status to identify risks if any and mitigate them early to prevent any unnecessary changes or delayPerform user acceptance testing of the client platform and evaluate the results to identify any defects and/or variances from functional, operational and performance requirementsPrepare user testing logs for final Go-Live client confirmationSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseRequired qualifications: 3+ years of experience in provider compensation role; preferably working on an implementation teamExperience working with a project manager to gather documents, verify/analyze data, conduct discovery sessions, draft scoping document, configuration of the solution based on client scope, and assist with system validationFluent in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word toolsStrong understanding of Provider Compensation MethodologiesAttention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environmentBachelor’s Degree preferredMS Excel proficiencyJob Benefits401 KHealth Insurance with Health Savings Account optionDental InsuranceVision InsuranceUnlimited Paid Time OffAbout Hallmark Healthcare Workforce TechnologyWe specialize in delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
