Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced HCM Solution Engineer to support major global HR transformation initiatives focused on Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, Learning, and Core HR systems integrated with Workday.This is a hands-on, technical role supporting Time & Attendance and Payroll transformation projects, initially focused on Poland implementations with opportunities to support France implementations as well.Key Skills Required:Time & Attendance / Payroll SolutionsADP Workforce / Workforce Management PlatformsWorkday IntegrationsAPIs, Middleware, ETL ProcessesSSO / IAM (SAML, OAuth)Technical Blueprints & Integration DesignTroubleshooting & Technical SupportEnterprise HR Systems & HCM ArchitectureExperience:5+ years in HCM Technology / Solution EngineeringStrong integration experience across Payroll & Time systemsHands-on implementation & delivery experienceExperience working in global transformation environments🌍 Opportunity to work on large-scale international HR transformation programmes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
