We hit $1m ARR in 7 months and plan to hit $10m in the next few years - with your help :)< What you'll be doing >build and own end-to-end organic search roadmaps for a portfolio of B2B clientsdeliver these roadmaps in coordination with a team of specialists and other SEO managersbe the DRI for achieving real business impact (pipeline, revenue) for clients, not just SERP positions and clicks< Ideal person for this role >you take ownership. You don't need to be handed a process and you don't wait for permission. You do what needs to be done.friendly, low-ego and willing to challenge. You're easy to work with but you'll happily push back and disagree with others by using data.you like to hack at things. Maybe you've built custom tools to overcome an old process.you can operate at both 30,000 ft and ground level. You connect work to numbers a CMO cares about but you can also geek out about Google's last core update and how it impacts work.You'll work directly with a head of SEO who has 15+ years of experience (TBA!) and a team of AI/ML engineers who can build the best software in the industry to make you more effective.
