In this role, you will provide administrative support to a medical practice in the US, assisting doctors and patients with their needs.Position: Medical Virtual Assistant (Spanish Bilingual)Full Time: 30 to 40 hrs/weekPay: $7.00 / hourWilling to work on EST HoursResponsibilities: Answer phones and take detailed messagesCommunicate with patients and doctorsSchedule and manage appointmentsTranslate documents and assist with language interpretation as neededAssist with medical billing and insurance verificationMaintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentialityProvide general administrative support to the medical teamRequirementsClient Success or Client-Facing ExperienceFamiliar in using Simple PracticeCustomer Service ExperiencePrevious experience as a medical virtual assistant or similar roleFluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languagesProficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring proper record-keeping and documentationAbility to prioritize tasks and work independentlyExcellent customer service skills and ability to maintain professional relationships with patients and healthcare professionalsWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
