This role manages full‑cycle recruiting activities and builds strong, long‑term talent pipelines to support the company’s continued growth.The Corporate Recruiter partners closely with the recruitment team and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs, fill open requisitions with urgency, and support a positive candidate experience. While this role may support hiring across a variety of disciplines and functions as business needs evolve, it also assists with new hire onboarding and ensures a smooth transition from offer acceptance through start date.RequirementsOwn full-cycle recruiting for all assigned iT1 positions from intake through offerFoster long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholdersReview and understand technical job requirementsCollaborate with the Recruiting team to develop strategies to identify, engage, and qualify talent Perform intake meetings with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs Utilize social media platforms, like LinkedIn, to drive interest, engage talent, and proactively source passive and active job seekers Manage candidate pipelines Rippling (ATS), keeping all records current and organizedScreen resumes, select suitable profiles, and qualify candidates Ensure a seamless, uniform, and positive candidate experience Schedule and conduct screenings/interviews with candidates Collect feedback from hiring managers Prospect for passive talent daily and continuously build your network with high-potential talents to ensure that the business has access to the best talent in the market Collaborate on recruitment marketing efforts for the purposes of building candidate pipelines as well as to provide market intelligence to the business Assist with new hire onboarding process and support other functions related to the recruitment and hiring process as neededJob Qualification Requirements Highly passionate about recruitmentThrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment performing 30+ screenings per weekFull-Cycle Recruiting: Demonstrated ability to manage candidate pipelines from sourcing through close across diverse role typesSourcing: Experience proactively engaging passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and direct outreachStakeholder Management: Comfortable partnering with and advising hiring managers at all levels; able to push back constructively when neededCommunication: Clear and concise verbal and written communication; strong active listening skills; able to accurately relay information between candidates and hiring teamsOrganization & Prioritization: Able to manage multiple open reqs simultaneously; ATS organization with candidate status, hiring manager feedback, candidate engagementEmotional Intelligence: Self-aware, empathetic, and able to build trust quickly with candidates and internal stakeholdersTech Savvy: Proficient with LinkedIn, Indeed, MS Office Suite, and ATS platforms; experience with Rippling is a plusConfidentiality: Able to handle sensitive compensation, performance, and candidate information with discretionOther duties as assignedEducation and Experience Requirements2+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience in a fast-paced tech company or top-tier recruiting agencyExperience recruiting for IT Solution Sales positions preferredExperience recruiting for positions across multiple verticals such as IT, Operations, Marketing, Accounting and SalesExperience recruiting for a Value-Added Reseller is preferredBachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experiencePhysical DemandsSit at a computer for 8 hours per dayKeyboarding for 8 hours per dayNear Vision (working with small objects or reading small print)Speaking (communicating information to clients / coworkers)Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds)Job LocationIf local to Tempe, AZ, onsite/hybridIf located outside of reasonable commute, remoteBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision benefits with highly subsidized premiumsTwo weeks paid time off in your first year, with increasing PTO as tenure increases, and most major holidays off401(k) Plan with employer matchOnsite Fitness CenterOnsite Monthly Massages*iT1 is an equal opportunity employer.
