Requirements and responsibilities

Qualifications: - Proven experience leading AI/ML platform design and delivery in production environments. - Expertise in LLM integration, agentic frameworks, and RAG architectures. - Familiarity with ML governance, model risk management, and responsible AI practices. - Experience operating in regulated industries (banking preferred). - Strong ability to communicate AI strategy and risk to non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent remote-work discipline and written communication. - English fluency.
