We’re hiring a highly autonomous, product-minded Full-Stack Engineer to help build a fintech platform from zero to one.This is not a traditional engineering role.You’ll be one of the first technical hires, working directly with founders to shape both the product experience and the engineering foundation.💻 What You’ll Work OnBuild scalable frontend and mobile applications using React & React NativeArchitect secure, high-performance backend systems using Go or RustDesign regulated financial workflows involving identity, money movement & audit loggingBuild onboarding flows, payout systems, account management tools & internal platformsCollaborate on integrations with banks, insurers & payment infrastructure providersHelp define engineering standards around security, observability, testing & compliance🧠 What We’re Looking For5+ years building production-grade full-stack applicationsStrong backend expertise with Go or RustAdvanced React & React Native experienceExperience building secure systems handling financial or sensitive dataStrong understanding of distributed systems, APIs & backend architectureProduct-minded engineer who thrives in ambiguity and ownership⭐ Nice to HaveFintech / banking / payments experienceFamiliarity with ACH, KYC/KYB, reconciliation & financial integrationsAWS, cloud infrastructure & SOC 2/compliance exposureInterested?
