We are looking for an experienced Salesforce OMS Functional Architect with proven hands-on implementation experience in Salesforce Order Management (OMS).Key Requirements:Strong Salesforce OMS implementation experience across multiple projectsExpertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and OMS architectureSalesforce Administration experienceHands-on experience with Commerce Cloud Business ManagerExperience leading workshops, gathering business requirements, and driving solution designStrong knowledge of products, promotions, coupons, gift cards, merchandising, sales tax, and storefront managementExperience with UAT, regression testing, production support, and end-user trainingResponsibilities:Lead business requirement workshops with clients and stakeholdersDesign and implement Salesforce OMS solutionsManage Commerce Cloud administration and configurationsSupport releases, testing, and production issue resolutionTrain customer teams on storefront and OMS operations⚠️ Note: Client is specifically seeking Salesforce OMS Implementors with multiple successful Salesforce OMS implementations. General Order Management or Commerce integration experience alone will not qualify.
