The company provides full relocation support, including immigration assistance, and offers a relocation bonus upon arrival in Montreal. Selected candidates may work remotely during the initial months while their immigration process is being completed; however, the long-term expectation is for the individual to transition to onsite work in Montreal once relocation has been finalized.Summary: Manage, monitor, and control LEO/MEO communication constellation satellites. 24/7 mission operations — telemetry analysis, command execution, anomaly troubleshooting. Key areas: satellite health monitoring, orbit maintenance, collision avoidance (conjunction analysis), ground station coordination, flight procedure development, scripting automation. Shift work in SOCC required.Key requirements:B.Sc. Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or related | 10+ years LEO/MEO mission planning, on-orbit testing, and operationsStrong space systems engineering — orbit mechanics, space environment, RF telecomGround segment + space segment knowledgeLEOP (Launch & Early Orbit Phase) experienceCollision avoidance / conjunction analysis / ITU-FCC-ESA complianceGNC knowledge (collaborates with GNC team)Confluence + JIRA experienceEnglish required; French is an asset (Montreal)
