We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking AI Engineer to help drive AI adoption across our organization. This role focuses on automating workflows, improving operational efficiency, integrating AI into business systems, and training teams on effective AI usage.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify operational inefficiencies and implement AI-driven workflow improvements across departments.Build and deploy AI automations, AI agents, integrations, and internal productivity tools using LLMs, APIs, and workflow platforms.Develop AI solutions for process automation, reporting & analytics, proposal generation, customer support workflows, project management support, sales & marketing enablement, and SOP/documentation generation.Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and platforms including Hatz.ai, ConnectWise, BrightGauge, Rewst, Thread, EA Cloud, Agent Dealer, Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, and other platforms.Work with APIs, cloud infrastructure, vector databases, data pipelines, automation tools, and AI frameworks.Lead internal AI training initiatives and help establish AI governance, best practices, and responsible AI adoption across the company.Collaborate with leadership and department heads to prioritize scalable AI initiatives and long-term AI strategy.Support the development of future client-facing AI solutions, infrastructure, and implementation frameworks.QualificationsStrong English communication (written & verbal)3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or related technical roles.Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure AI, AWS AI Services, and modern LLM platforms.Strong understanding of APIs, workflow automation, prompt engineering, AI agents, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, business systems integration, and scalable AI implementation.Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.Familiarity with Zapier, Make, n8n, LangChain, Rewst, vector databases, and automation/orchestration platforms.Experience with CRM, PSA, sales, and operational systems.Ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.Experience in MSP, IT services, consulting, operations, or technology-enabled environments is a plus.Familiarity with RAG systems, embeddings, AI governance, security, and knowledge retrieval architectures is preferred.Send your CVs to amal@kairosservices.co to apply!
