You will never be far from the answers you need, as you will have ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring.The Regional Sales Manager will be managing sales and relationships with existing and new Genetec customers (Certified System Integrators), technology partners, consultants, and end users in the Caribbean and Central America.What your day will look like:Develop the assigned sales territory for company productsDiscover and track opportunities, follow up and distribute leads to partnersVisit customers/partners/consultants at their premisesManage forecasts and achieve quotasIdentify customer needs, respond to RFIs, RFQs, prepare quotes and write proposalsCoordinate and facilitate communication with customers and MRsMonitor and report satisfaction levels from customers, integrators, and consultantsCoordinate customer, integrator, consultant trainingUpdate and maintain data in CRM or other applicationsAcquire, maintain, and report adequate knowledge of product, market, and competitionStay abreast of the products, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical servicesMore about you:5+ years of experience in the Security Industry with VMS, Access Control, CCTV, or technology industryGreat experience in the Caribbean and Central America marketExcellent presentation skills and experience doing client demonstrationsProven sales achievement and/or track record within technology salesGreat if you have:Ability to work in a complex sales environmentExcellent communication skillsExperience in the security industry with the ability to maintain contacts at different levelsMust have strong time management skills and be a multitaskerAbility to establish good relationships and credibility with customers, integrators, and consultantsAble to work independently, within a team environmentIP technology understanding and networking expertise will be considered an assetLet’s talk perks!Language classesTransportation and food allowancesGym passHealth and Dental planLife InsuranceGenetec is an equal opportunity employer; we strive for diversity and inclusion through our hiring approach, as well as through the training and professional development we provide.
