We partner with category disruptors like Betr, ElevenLabs, and Binance to scale customer acquisition through high-performing, short-form creative.Our team produces thousands of content-driven ads every month, combining creative strategy, media buying, and data to help brands grow efficiently and profitably.As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Accountant to help strengthen the financial systems behind a fast-moving, global marketing organization.THE ROLEWe’re looking for a proactive and organized Accountant who can help manage and support the financial operations of a growing performance marketing agency.This role goes beyond basic bookkeeping, you’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, improving accounting workflows, and helping leadership maintain financial visibility across the business.You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced remote environment where accuracy, ownership, and reliability are highly valued.RESPONSIBILITIESManage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivablePrepare monthly financial reports and maintain accurate financial recordsPerform bank, credit card, and account reconciliationsMaintain and organize financial data within QuickBooksTrack company expenses, invoices, and financial documentationSupport internal reporting and financial visibility for leadershipEnsure accuracy and consistency across accounting records and financial processesAssist in improving accounting workflows and operational efficiency as the company scalesREQUIREMENTSMust be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Must have at least 2–3 years of experience working with US based clients or companiesStrong experience with QuickBooks (certification is a plus)Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environmentStrong communication and documentation skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth companyCOMPENSATION & WORK SETUP100% remote work setupCompetitive compensation packageOpportunity to work with a fast-growing global companyWork alongside a high-performing team supporting leading international brandsLong-term growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling organization
