Confidential Employer.Job descriptionManage an active caseload of state and federal class action matters, including consumer protection, privacy, and unfair business practices claimsDraft pleadings, motions, and substantive briefs — including class certification and summary judgment filingsConduct legal research and produce high-quality written work product, from correspondence to discovery materialsHandle all phases of written discovery: draft and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissionTake and defend depositions, participate in oral arguments, and assist with expert witness developmentCoordinate e-discovery processes, including document review, organization, and productionCollaborate closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation planningQualifications3+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side, class action, or complex civil preferred)Active California Bar license (preferred; other bar admissions considered)Strong legal research and writing skills with experience drafting motions and briefsExcellent written and oral communicationProven ability to manage an independent caseload in a remote environmentGenuine interest in consumer protection, privacy law, or class action litigationWhy you will love working hereThis is a firm where the work matters.
