Requirements and responsibilities


Requirements: - Ability to start work on 25 May - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience - Minimum SPM education - Fluent in BM, Mandarin, and English - Comfortable working on shift hours rotating between day and night shift. (Monday to Sunday work any 5 days and rest 2 day) - 100% work from office arrangement. Job Responsibilities: - Support mandarin speaking candidate via live chat, email, phone call. - Ability to write in Traditional Mandarin character as there are some customer writes in Traditional Mandarin characters.
