The role is responsible for ensuring operations align with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and internal risk frameworks across multiple jurisdictions while supporting sustainable business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement enterprise-wide risk management and compliance frameworksEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements across jurisdictionsOversee AML, KYC, and anti-fraud programs, including transaction monitoring and risk controlsSupport regulatory licensing applications, renewals, and ongoing compliance obligationsManage data protection and privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, PDPA, or equivalent regulations)Collaborate with legal, finance, payments, and operations teams to strengthen risk controlsPrepare compliance reports, risk assessments, and internal reviews for leadershipMonitor regulatory developments related to gaming, payments, and financial servicesLead and develop the risk and compliance teamRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, or a related field8+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or regulatory roles, including leadership experienceStrong knowledge of AML, KYC, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance frameworksExperience working with licensing and compliance in regulated industriesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skillsProfessional proficiency in English and experience working in international environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience in iGaming, gaming, fintech, payments, or financial servicesProfessional certifications such as ACAMS, ICA, CAMS, or CFEFamiliarity with digital payments or virtual currency compliance frameworksExperience working with international regulators or external legal advisorsCompensationSalary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualificationsAdditional performance-based incentives may be offered.BenefitsBenefits may include (subject to eligibility and local regulations):Flexible working arrangementsHealth insurance coverageRelocation or housing support where applicableBusiness travel supportProfessional development opportunitiesPaid leave in accordance with local regulations
