We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 with extensive expertise in PeopleSoft Talent Management, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Taleo systems to support a major Texas State Government initiative.Key Requirements:10+ years of experience preparing and presenting executive-level presentations10+ years of experience supporting audits and open records requests10+ years of experience interpreting contractual language and managing vendor compliance8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Talent Management (TAM/CG), OnBoarding, and Performance ManagementExperience managing Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)Strong technical expertise in App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, and SAP Business ObjectsExperience supporting Recruiting and Performance Management batch jobs (Run My Jobs - RMJ)Familiarity with PUM, Fluid, and Elastic SearchKnowledge of NIST security standards and statewide ERP environmentsExperience creating WCAG 2.1-compliant materialsProven ability to develop and manage strategic roadmaps and cross-functional initiatives📍 Location: Austin, TX (100% Remote)📅 Duration: Long-Term Contract (3 Years)This is an excellent opportunity for senior PeopleSoft professionals with Texas public sector experience and strong Talent Management expertise.
