The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international Motor claims, including large and complex cases, ensuring they are handled efficiently and to a high technical standard.Working closely with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and internal stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in driving claims to resolution while maintaining strong reserving discipline and delivering commercial outcomesResponsibilities;Handling complex, cross-border claims, including disputed, high-value matters and claims involving bodily injury and catastrophic lossesReviewing and overseeing claims handled by TPAs, particularly those exceeding authority limitsApplying strong technical knowledge across liability, coverage and reservingNegotiating with counterparties, legal representatives and stakeholdersIdentifying trends and contributing to portfolio performance and savings initiativesSupporting due diligence and integration of newly acquired portfoliosCollaborating across teams to ensure consistent claims handling standardsCandidate requirementsRight to work in the location you’re applying toProven experience handling Motor claims across European jurisdictionsExposure to Dutch and/or French motor portfolios (Essential)Strong understanding of motor liability and policy coverage interpretationExperience working with or overseeing Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)Confidence handling complex or high-value claimsSolid reserving and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple jurisdictions and competing prioritiesContributing positively to our culture and values.BenefitsCompre is a global speciality reinsurance company that offers capital and liability solutions to its clients, providing them with the certainty they need on their portfolios.
