At WIN Home Inspection, we’re looking to bring on a Data Engineer who thrives at the intersection of data, AI, and real-world application.We’re hiring a builder—someone with 4+ years of experience (ideally from a product-based company) who has worked on production systems and understands how to design with scale and intent.🛠️ This is a hands-on role. We want someone who genuinely still enjoys writing code, experimenting, and owning projects end-to-end.You’ll be a great fit if you have experience with:Python for data and backend workflowsBuilding and working with RAG pipelinesExposure to AI / LLM-based systemsDesigning scalable data systems with a strong engineering foundationWhy join us?🌍 This is a fully remote role.
