We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Real Estate Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team and contribute to our mission of empowering real estate investors across the nation.Our Values:IntegrityAccountable & DependableTeam CentricSystem & Process OrientedService EthicOrganized Efficiency – Risk Management & ComplianceYour Impact:Provide accurate and timely property evaluations to support loan origination and risk assessmentEnsure renovation budgets and pro formas align with market conditions and project scopePlay a key role in streamlining the underwriting process and supporting investor successIn This Role You Will:Use House Canary and Richer Values to evaluate underwriting reports on recently sold properties in our portfolio areasAnalyze 5–8 real estate deals and 10–20 construction draws per weekWrite and edit property evaluations for up to 140 loans per month within a 24-hour turnaroundReconcile property costs before and after rehabilitationConfirm budget accuracy across project types: new construction, cosmetic renovations, full gut rehabs, and multifamily (5+ units)Validate renovation estimates for current projects and prepare estimations for upcoming onesAnalyze borrower-provided pro formas for larger projectsRequirements:Construction and rehab knowledgeBackground in single-family residential real estateExperience evaluating Multi-Family PropertiesUnderstanding of market conditions and new property developmentStrong adaptability to change and strategic company growthExcellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:Highly analytical with strong critical thinking skillsStrong quantitative and financial modeling abilitiesExceptional attention to detailExperience with MLS or CoStarProficiency in Excel and WordSelf-starter with strong time managementBenefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)401(k) matchingPaid time offWhile At Dominion You Will EnjoyCompany outings & social eventsVirtual eventsCompanywide competitions and rafflesPersonal Financial WorkshopsOrioles Season Tickets
