As a Growth Lead based on-site in New York City, you will report directly to the CEO to build and own the foundational revenue engine of a fast-growing enterprise. This role requires a systems thinker who can seamlessly move between RevOps infrastructure, pipeline analytics, and high-leverage growth experimentation. You will keep the pipeline clean and forecasting accurate while identifying the highest-leverage channels to drive inbound leads. By connecting marketing signals to sales behavior, you will ensure the full funnel is visible and actionable, enabling the sales team to operate at maximum velocity. You must be obsessed with data — building the dashboards and running the analysis necessary to back every strategic decision with hard numbers. The ideal candidate graduated from a top 30 U.S. university between 2020 and 2024 and brings 3–6 years of experience from a top-tier consulting firm or a high-growth Series A–C startup. You possess sharp go-to-market instincts and the ability to act quickly without waiting for perfect information. Responsibilities: - Build and own the RevOps foundation — keep pipeline clean, forecasting accurate, and conversion data visible and actionable. - Enable the sales team to run at full speed. - Drive inbound and growth by identifying the highest-leverage channels, running experiments fast, and doubling down on what works (content, partnerships, events, or something new). - Think in systems: connect marketing signals, sales behavior, and revenue outcomes across the full funnel; know where it is leaking. - Be obsessed with data — build dashboards, run analysis, and bring a point of view backed by numbers. - Move fluidly between inbound strategy, pipeline analytics, RevOps infrastructure, and growth experimentation. - Report directly to the CEO and own the systems and instincts that turn early traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine. Requirements: - 3–6 years across consulting, PE/VC, investment banking, growth, RevOps, or GTM strategy — ideally in an early-stage B2B environment. - Work experience at a top-tier consulting firm or a high-growth Series A–C startup. - Bachelor's degree from a top 30 U.S. university, graduated 2020–2024. - Hands-on experience building RevOps infrastructure and data dashboards for pipeline analytics. - Sharp GTM instincts; able to act quickly without perfect information. - Strong analytical foundation — back your POV with numbers. - Systems thinker connecting marketing, sales, and revenue. - Comfortable in 0-to-1, high-intensity startup environments with ambiguity and speed. - Must work on-site in New York City. - US Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship or relocation provided).
