We are actively looking for an experienced Workday Extend Developer to join a long-term remote engagement supporting a large-scale Workday ERP transformation initiative across Finance, HR, and Reporting.Key Requirements:13+ years of Workday Configuration experience5+ years of hands-on Workday Extend DevelopmentExpertise in Workday Extend components, PMD Scripting, Orchestrations, Custom UI Components, and Extend SecurityStrong experience with Business Processes, Calculated Fields, Custom Reports, and Condition RulesExperience designing approval workflows, self-service applications, and request intake solutionsDeep understanding of Workday Security Groups, RBAC, and Business Process Security PoliciesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skillsPreferred:Workday Extend CertificationExperience integrating Extend applications with Payroll, Time Tracking, or ProjectsKnowledge of Workday Finance processes, AR, Cash Management, and ReportingFamiliarity with Workday Agent Builder and emerging Workday AI toolsInterview Process:2 Virtual Technical Interviews with the Client
