Joining our team means you'll be held to a high standard, technically challenged, and grow close to a group of individuals passionate about building new infrastructure technologies.We are backed by strategic partners, investors, and advisors who are all-in on our mission: Chamath Palihapitiya of Social Capital, Steve Jang of Kindred Ventures, Joe McCann of Asymmetric, Jump Crypto, Coinbase Ventures, Solana Ventures, Circle Ventures, and many more.About you:5+ years of relevant professional experience in strategic revenue growth or B2B sales within a SaaS company.Strong understanding of developer infrastructure, particularly within the Web3 and crypto ecosystem.Familiarity with the needs, workflows, and pain points of a developer-focused audience.Proven ability to write, test, and iterate on copy, creative assets, and distribution strategies.Working knowledge of data analytics tools to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance.Demonstrated experience scaling growth channels and driving revenue in a SaaS B2B environment.Comfortable engaging directly with decision makers at B2B organizations, with a track record of successfully educating and onboarding them onto SaaS platforms.A systematic problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution.Experience working in a remote or highly distributed team environment is a plus.About the role:The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user engagement and revenue growth across the platform, with a particular focus on creatively unlocking new opportunities within a highly targeted and limited market. This role owns the development and execution of a go-to-market strategy aimed at attracting, converting, and retaining developers and strategic partners. Success requires a blend of analytical rigor and unconventional thinking, someone who can test and iterate rapidly across paid channels, optimize conversion at every stage of the funnel, and craft inventive, full-funnel experiences that deliver measurable business impact.What does success in this role look like?In three months, you have become our go-to teammate on all things Growth, with a holistic understanding of our value proposition. You’ve implemented a number of growth experiments and have narrowed in on promising channels.In six months, you have earned the trust of the team to drive outcomes, from ideation through implementation with minimal guidance, and are delivering industry-best MoM growth and positive ROAS.In twelve months, you have attained a mastery of growth initiatives, and have created a system to continuously ideate, experiment, and deliver results.
