Cool, keep reading!ResponsibilitiesYour role is to develop new concepts and craft world-beating copy that convert traffic into eager and knowledgeable users of our products. You will:Develop a consistent tone of voice for Reedsy across multiple channels;Own and evolve our brand guidelines;Help onboard writers to ensure consistency across every channel;Write copy for our landing pages, lead magnets, email campaigns, newsletters and social media posts;Come up with new creative ideas to convert our traffic;Review copy performance (open rates, click-through, conversions) and use those learnings to sharpen future work;Work closely with a team of content creators (writers, illustrators, animators, and YouTubers) on ad and modal copy, graphic assets, storyboards and video scripts; andBring a high standard to your own copy and honest, useful feedback to everyone else's.Person SpecificationBoth a very analytical and highly creative individual;Experience creating conversion copy for large-scale campaigns at a fast-growth startup;A varied portfolio of copy, from short form to long form;Ability to write with range, from playful campaign headlines to technical writing concepts;Proven experience shaping brand guidelines and tone of voice;Familiarity with the publishing industry and writing craft concepts;Experience with email marketing, conversion optimization and A/B testing;Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools; andNative-level English speaker.Bonus PointsFluent in multiple languages.
