Our customers are building systems at the edge of what’s possible, and they depend on infrastructure that scales quickly and works under sustained pressure.We care deeply about outcomes, ownership, and building durable systems and long-term partnerships.The RoleAs Senior Account Executive, Private Clusters, you will own the full commercial sales motion for Evergrid — from first outreach through close and expansion.This is a foundational role. As one of the first dedicated sales hires, you will work directly with the founders and engineering leadership to bring Evergrid to market. You’ll land early customers, define repeatable sales processes, and help build a scalable go-to-market engine for a highly technical infrastructure product.You will sell to technical buyers and executive decision-makers at innovative AI-driven organizations, navigating complex, consultative sales cycles.What You’ll DoProspect, qualify, and close new business across mid-market and enterprise customersOwn the full sales lifecycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, technical demos, negotiations, close, renewals, and expansionMeet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targetsBuild trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executive buyers through consultative, value-driven conversationsPartner closely with engineering and product teams to navigate complex, technical sales cyclesHelp define and refine Evergrid’s go-to-market strategy, sales playbooks, pipeline management, and forecasting as we scaleManage customer relationships post-sale to drive long-term value, renewals, and expansion opportunitiesCollaborate directly with founders on early customer engagements, strategic accounts, and high-impact dealsProvide structured feedback from the field to inform product roadmap, positioning, and messagingWhat We’re Looking For7–15+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally selling technical, developer-facing, or infrastructure productsProven success selling to technical audiences (AI, ML, data, platform, or engineering teams)Strong communication skills across in-person, virtual, and written channelsComfortable going deep on product details and holding credible technical conversations with engineers and AI teamsHighly motivated, self-directed, and driven to exceed ambitious revenue goalsThrives in early-stage environments where processes are still being built and priorities evolveStrong ownership mindset — you take responsibility across the entire sales motionCollaborative, low-ego approach that elevates the broader teamHow We WorkEvergrid is a high-bar, high-trust environment.We value clear thinking, direct communication, and people who follow through.
