About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently in English, and genuinely enjoys helping customers. As a CSR VA, you will be the first point of contact for customers—handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. - Respond to customer emails and chat inquiries promptly. - Manage and update CRM systems accurately. - Process orders, payments, and basic account updates. - Follow up with leads and existing customers. - Escalate issues when necessary. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. - Provide administrative support as needed. Qualifications: - Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). - Neutral or American accent is a strong advantage. - Minimum 1–2 years experience as CSR, Call Center Agent, or Virtual Assistant. - Experience handling US-based clients preferred. - Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. - Comfortable working during US business hours. - Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly. - Professional, reliable, and self-motivated. Technical Requirements: - Windows 10 or newer (or Mac equivalent). - Minimum 8GB RAM. - Noise-canceling headset. - HD webcam. - Stable high-speed internet (backup preferred). - Quiet, distraction-free workspace. Preferred (Not Required): - Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, FieldRoutes, PestPac, etc.). - Google Workspace / MS Office proficiency. - Fulfillment or dispatch experience. - Appointment setting or lead follow-up experience.
