We are looking for an Oracle ERP Manager to join our team. As an Oracle ERP Manager, you will be responsible for collecting, documenting, and verifying business requirements and functional specifications. You will map business requirements to functional requirements, develop and deliver project documentation, and identify gaps in the standard product functionality. Additionally, you will design solutions in conjunction with technical teams, ensure timely deliverables, and participate in competency building activities and internal trainings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7+ years’ experience in complex ERP project implementation. Fluency in Thai and English, both verbal and written, is required. Responsibilities:
- Collect, document, and verify business requirements and functional specifications.
- Map business requirements to functional requirements.
- Develop and deliver project documentation including requirements traceability matrix, business process design, configuration design.
- Identify gaps in the standard product functionality and recommend effective solutions.
- Design any customizations or extensions where there is a gap in the standard product functionality.
- Interface between technical teams and client/users.
- Design solutions in conjunction with technical teams and ensure timely deliverables.
- Create/ review test scenarios, scripts, test plans, and execute them.
- Conduct system training and participate in competency building activities and internal trainings.
- Support sales and proposals development in mapping standard product functionality to business requirements, identifying solution gaps, and proposing relevant customizations or extensions.
