We are seeking a (Senior) Legal Counsel to join our international legal department at FREENOW. As part of our dynamic and fast-paced team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters related to our super mobility app across Europe. This role requires a qualified lawyer with 2+ years of post-qualification experience, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including sponsorships, service agreements, partnerships, and GTCs. - Advising on legal and commercial aspects of marketing campaigns, raffles, and content initiatives. - Providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance with laws and regulations, including transportation laws and intellectual property. - Conducting legal research and analysis to assess the impact of new laws and regulations on the company’s operations. - Advising sales, marketing, tech, and product teams on the legal feasibility of new features and products.
