Requirements and responsibilities

This is a rare opportunity to work in applied AI within one of the top mortgage banking platforms in the country. • Fully remote, U.S.-based • Competitive compensation at the top end of the market. • Direct exposure to LLMs, LangChain, and real-world agent deployment. • On-the-job training and mentorship in emerging AI tooling. • Immediate ownership of high-impact projects. • Real traction and internal support. If you’ve been waiting for a serious role in AI where you can work with real data, ship fast, and learn while doing—this is the one. We’re looking for an engineer who can: • Extend simple automations into more capable and scalable agent workflows. • Work directly with LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain. • Integrate with Microsoft 365 tools—including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams—via Graph API. • Build modular systems that can evolve as the organization’s AI investment expands. Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain internal AI agents for outreach, enrichment, qualification, and lead follow-up. • Enhance existing no-code/low-code workflows (n8n, Make, Zapier) and migrate where needed. • Use OpenAI, Claude, or equivalent APIs to build agents with memory, tool use, and multi-step logic. • Develop clean, maintainable integrations with internal systems and Microsoft 365 tools • Collaborate directly with marketing and recruiting teams to identify high-impact use cases and deliver functional prototypes quickly. Minimum Qualifications: • Proficiency in Python/JSON with experience building API-integrated workflows. • Hands-on experience using LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic. • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem—Outlook, Excel Online, SharePoint, Teams. • Experience or strong interest in working with Microsoft Graph API. • Ability to take a project from concept to working deployment independently.
