What you’ll be doing:
* Handle litigation from filing to resolution.
* Take and defend depositions.
* Draft and argue motions; prepare for arbitration, trial, and mediation.
* Work closely with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
* Collaborate with a skilled team to advance cases and deliver results.
What you bring:
* JD and active Nevada Bar license.
* Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
* Drive to grow, willingness to learn, and passion for advocating for the injured.
