Our client is a B2B e-commerce marketplace for retailers and their suppliers to reduce operating costs and grow sales. Our client is looking to hire an Invoice Processor to join their growing team. The Invoice Processor will be responsible for receiving bills from suppliers, entering them into order management systems, identifying data discrepancies, maintaining order progress, processing fees, and managing invoices. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of prior experience in invoice processing, experience in the e-commerce industry, knowledge in processing pharmacy medicines or health products, and experience in product management on websites. They should also have strong attention to detail, be reliable and flexible, and have clear and concise written English. This is a full-time remote position with permanent work-from-home set-up and dayshift (Australian business hours). Paid leave is also provided. Responsibilities: - Receive bills from suppliers and enter them into order management systems - Compare and identify data discrepancies for escalation - Maintain order progress by updating systems - Process fees from sellers and buyers - Process bills from suppliers into Financial Management Systems (FMS) - Prepare, process, and send buyer invoices - Match bills to orders or generate internal orders from supplier bills
