Responsibilities


If you want to:Own and drive the vision and roadmap of our internal experimentation platform, aligning it with company goals and product workflows;Define and prioritize the platform backlog with clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;Ensure the platform supports statistically sound experiments and enforces governance to avoid bias or misinterpretation;Act as the main contact for Product, Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Experimentation Managers, turning their needs into scalable solutions;Support manual experiments outside the platform by working with Experimentation Managers to ensure proper setup, execution, and analytical support, coordinating workload across analysts;Analyze platform usage and experiment data to find gaps, improve the platform, and guide roadmap decisions;Champion a culture of experimentation across the organization by making it easier for teams to design, execute, and learn from experiments;Create documentation and training resources to help teams adopt best practices in experimental design, platform usage, and result interpretation.And you can check off:Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in data infrastructure, experimentation, or analytics tooling;Strong technical foundation in experimentation and statistical methodologies (A/B testing, Bayesian inference, significance testing, etc.);Proven ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into a strategic product roadmap;Experience working with data tracking systems, event-based analytics tools (e.g., Snowplow), and experimentation platforms would be considered as a plus;Experience coordinating cross-functional work involving analysts, product teams, and data science to ensure timely and accurate execution of manual experiments;Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to synthesize feedback from diverse teams into product decisions;Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining statistical and experimental concepts to non-technical stakeholders;A passion for data, experimentation, and building tools that enable faster, more confident decision-making.Here’s the deal:Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development;Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best.
