Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities: * Design and develop engaging graphics and web layouts that meet business objectives and appeal to our target audiences. * Create dynamic social media content, including posts, reels, carousels, and more, ensuring all content is on-brand and optimized for engagement. * Produce quick mockups for landing pages and web interfaces, as well as occasional print materials like flyers and promotional items. * Collaborate with the marketing team to translate marketing goals into creative design solutions that drive engagement and conversion. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering each within designated timelines. * Stay current with the latest design trends and technologies, particularly AI tools and content creation platforms like Canva, to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design outputs. Requirements: * Proven graphic and web design experience, particularly in creating social media content and digital marketing materials. * Full proficiency in both English and Spanish, capable of producing high-quality content in both languages. * Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print designs. * Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in modern content creation tools such as Canva. * Excellent creativity and innovation with meticulous attention to detail. * Ability to thrive in a remote work environment under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Passion for real estate and a strong commitment to the missions of both CS3 Training Innovations and CS3 Investments.
