We are seeking a Senior Director, Head of Automation & Digitalization to lead and drive the Automation and Digitalization on the Shopfloor program. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the manufacturing process to deliver efficiency and create an exciting place to work. As the Head of the Automation & Digitalization Center of Excellence, you will collaborate widely across the organization to support innovation implementation and execution. If you have a proven track record in driving large-scale transformations, experience in digitalization, and strong leadership skills, we invite you to join our team and play a key role in our success. Responsibilities: - Lead and drive the Automation and Digitalization on the Shopfloor program - Revamp program governance and ensure targets are met - Accelerate digitalization across manufacturing technologies - Identify and build new capabilities - Drive the development of 2025 technology innovation pipeline - Provide strong interpersonal skills and people leadership - Contribute to the organizational leadership and strategic development of the Engineering & Workplace Leadership Team
